Help- Birth Control. Could i be pregnant?

I'm on Birth Control & i Forgot 1 pill during the middle of pack, When i realised i took 1 extra every day for 2 days. it was too late to get the morning after pill. so i was stupid enough to take 5 of my pills.. which made me go to the toilet. Then i realised How stupid i had been & went to A NHS walk-in Centre & i explained what i did. They Said i should be fine & shouldnt be pregant sincei only missed one & Carry on taking my pill as normal . I Came on my period one day early than usual, The Womb Lining was 1st Then i just had a blood but my period is slighly lighter than usual ( I SUFFER FROM HEAVY PERIODS) Now i'm just worrying. I have had a few blood clots & Lining Along with red Blood. Could i be pregnant?
