How to claim ownership of an untagged utility trailer that has been abandoned on my property in texas?

There is an abandoned utility trailer on my property [it has been there for over a month with nobody coming to claim it] , it has no tags and no markings. how do I claim ownership of it in order to legally use it/sell it?
