My 9 week old rabbit has stopped using his back legs?

he was perfectly fine this morning but when i went to see him and his brother he was dragging his legs behind him all the time, he has been in the hutch all day so i dont know how he could have hurt anything, he is eating and drinking as usual and has been healthy ever since he was born.
