Need advice asap!!why is my body doing this?? i cant go to the doctors i have no insurance?

It is tough but have you ever seen I didnt know I was pregnant that could possibly happen...but I know for me I have a very regular period and sometimes I spot then start. Pregnancy tests can be wrong just go to planned parenthood. They will tell you why.
