Should i break up with my girlfriend.??????

Ok well im in 8th grade and i've been going out with this girl for a month and a half now, this is how it al started. First i moved next door and we hang all the time, talk alot on fb, then one day she told me she liked me, but i didnt like her dat much. Later on i got close to her and i asked her out, we went out for ages, then she met my friend, she didnt like him at first then they became friends and now they talk all the time on fb and say 'i love you' and ****(i know this caus i know her account pass. ) she then started talkin to this other boy and saying the same things. Now she doesnt talk to me as usual, i started hearing she was gonna break up with me and i asked her and she said she was thinking of it. She now asks my friend when to break up with me, because they are realy close now, iv done everything to make our relationship work but she seems to not care. So should i break up with her? And how do i?
