How to get through this :( :( :(?

I actually cannot stop thinking about my boyfriend, i love him to pieces and we have been going out just over three months :) Its exam time currently so we dont get to see eachother alot but we try to hang out when we can. It is only a couple of weeks until university/college term finishes and i am sad because over the summer we may only see eachother a few times as we will be working, and we live hundreds of miles away..i dont know how to cope not seeing him for ages and i dont want things to change if we spent that much time apart? :( Help with LDR's?
