I'm looking for an Alien type PC/PS1 Game..?

Alright, pretty much i have this vague memory of a game where you're an alien in a space suit and the startup screen is you on a usual alien ship with a few test tubes around you full of aliens that look like you, you get captured or go looking for your friend and have to find him/escape in/from a military base, you also have to rescue little fat type aliens aswell, i seriously have no idea what this game is but it was fun when i played it as a kid, does anyone know anything similar? if so, give me names of all the possabilities it could be. - Thank You (The game I am looking for is not Aliens or Aliens vs Predator.)
