Hard thing fell out of me?

I was on my period for about a week. Yesterday was the last day of it, then today I had a hard little thing fall out of me. It was about the size of a large grape. It was hard and whitish and a little red, rubbery. No pain, but during my period I had bled alot more than usual and had cramps. Could this have been a miscarriage?
