Well, my assumption is that he most likely likes you. Just because your sister's bf texts her and calls her often doesnt mean ur bf has to do the same. They're different people. Some boys are just insensitive to begin with, so dont let it bug you. If you want him to be in touch with you more often, you can talk to him about it honestly, and im sure he will be willing to do so if thats what makes you happy. Hope everything goes well.
