Should I wait to feed my snake?

Im a new snake owner, this is the first time my adult milk has gone into shed under my ownership. He started going into shed exactly a week ago. His color has been cleared up for about 4 days now so i have no clue when hes going to shed. Today is usually the day that I feed him, but he still hasnt even pooped since last week when i fed him and he started going into shed. So should I wait until he sheds to feed him? or should I just go ahead and feed him?
