What happens if i take the pill at 3?

I'm on birth control pills and my normal time to take it is at 9:45 pm. Last friday, I took it around 3 pm because I was going to be somewhere where I couldn't bring it. The next day, I took it around 4:30. This was the last week of active pills. I started taking the reminder pills at the correct time. My question is, has anything been affected because I took it so early? I've had most of my usual PMS symptoms. Please answer quickly. Thank you!
