What can I do to help my GF in this LDR?

All you can really do is offer her support. And the only way to do that is by talking to her somehow, since sending her something (a package-y thing) would take too long. Is just calling her an option? If not, I would send an email. I know you said that that wouldn't have the same effect, but that seems to be the only other option... at least you'll get to talk to her.
